After you submit your inquiry, we hop on a call—this isn’t a typical call. Whether you have a fully formed vision or still a spark of an idea, we take the time to understand you (or your brand) and translate that into an unforgettable event.

Booking
Secure your date.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over the booking documents. A signed agreement and deposit lock in your date, and from there we seamlessly shift into the design phase.

Mock-ups and Design
See the vision before it’s built!
This is the BEBS difference: we bring your ideas to life with fully realized mock-ups (2D or 3D). From the overall layout to the small details that make it feel like you, our mock-ups show your event exactly as it could be. We collaborate closely, take your feedback seriously, and deliver a design that’s truly yours.

Start by filling out our inquiry form with a few key details: your event date, type of celebration, estimated guest count, and budget. This helps us get a clear picture of your vision and set the foundation for an experience tailored just for you.
2. Consultation
Let’s dream together.
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll schedule a complimentary video consultation. This is a chance for us to meet face-to-face, introduce our team, and get to know you—your personality, preferences, and overall vision. We may touch on inspiration and ideas, but mostly, it’s about connection.
3. Design review
Where ideas take shape.
After securing your date with a 50% deposit, we dive into the creative process. We’ll schedule a design review session where you’ll see initial mock-ups and sketches of your event. This is a collaborative moment—you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request refinements. Depending on the scale, we may hold a second review to ensure everything feels just right.
4. Execution
The day is here. Let’s make magic.
When your event day arrives, our team brings your vision to life. With the designs finalized and expectations clearly set, we arrive prepared to deliver every detail with precision. What you see in the mock-ups is what you’ll see in real life—no surprises, just beautiful execution.
